Cancellation policy
You can change your appointment up to 24 hours before the start of the massage. If you reschedule your appointment, it is free of charge. If you cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded, minus transaction fee a 1.50 euro per person. If you reschedule your appointment between 24 hours and 6 hours before the start of the massage, we will charge 5 euros per treatment.
If you cancel, your deposit will not be refunded. If you reschedule your massage between 24 hours and 6 hours before the start time, you cannot cancel your massage thereafter.
Within 6 hours before the start of your massage, it is no longer possible to change your reservation. Even in that case, you will not get your deposit back.
The above policy always applies regardless of the reason for not being able to make the appointment.
If you meet the above requirements, the easiest way to change your appointment is to respond to the confirmation email you received after placing your reservation.
For your own sake and that of our masseuses, we may refuse to massage you, for example, if we suspect that you are sick, drunk, or not hygienic. In that case, you still owe us the full amount.
Liability
Sawan Nana Spa is extremely careful when performing massages. However, Sawan Nana Spa cannot be held liable for the consequences resulting from treating the client. In short, your treatment is at your own risk.
